Update on "Heat 2" -- Take with a grain of salt since World of Reel isn't always reliable

Well, I guess we'll have to wait a little longer to see if this project is going to get off the ground, and whether or not Austin is going to be attached.

I was surprised that they mentioned that there hasn't been any casting yet though. I could have sworn that at least Adam Driver was confirmed for this, but that may have just been a rumor to garner up excitement for the project? 🤔

While I don't trust World of Reel when it comes to filming news (have they EVER posted smthg that actually came true lol? 🤔), this would be a very interesting cast and maybe even quite time-consuming for them if they're really doing 4 separate, interconnected films about the Beatles.

I'll keep my eye on this. Could be exciting! Do any of them know how to sing? 🤔

No need to clock on this latest article about Wes Anderson. He apparently has two more shorts tied to the Henry Sugar project and he will release them at some point. There are no other pertinent details. You can always tell the quality of a magazine by the comment section. In this case, World Of Reel has some truly gross ones.

Usually I don't trust rumors coming out of WOR at all. They've been WRONG on so many levels.

In fact, I have a theory, and history has usually shown me, that the actor that fans most want and fancast the most for a particular role, is usually NOT the actor who actually ends up landing the role lol 😆

So, based on THAT logic, my guess is that Austin won't be in "Heat 2". 😅

With that said....

There have been many signs since last year that Austin is at least interested in the role 👀

It seems like many actors are interested!

I could sorta see Austin playing a young Val Kilmer. They DO seem to look kiiinda similar.... with their lips and high cheek bones lol. 🤭

I just don't wanna get my hopes up lol 😭

I'll wait for Variety lol.

Ultimately, or comes down to Mann and which actor he feels is BEST for the role! 🤷🏾‍♀️😊
